I was a little reluctant at first after reading a couple of glassdoor review but the CEO had a very civilised and friendly approach throughout the interview process. She saw my resume and asked me about my qualifications and experience. She explained to me about the job I would be required to do patiently. I felt at ease immediatedly. The interview encounter with the boss made me accept the job offered to me.
