Phone interview: General questions relevant to job ad. Completion of personality test via The Predictive Index. Technical Interview: Panel format via videoconference with Director of Engineering and a few other engineers. General discussion. No whiteboards were wheeled out.

Interview
Initial phone interview, followed by a 1hr video interview and lastly a sample project. It was a straight forward interview. The person hiring was very kind with the initial call, very upfront about expectations and company growth. The process, team, and benefits made the decision easy.
