My experience with the interview process at Opella was very disappointing, mainly due to the lack of communication and professionalism at the final stage, which demonstrated little respect for the time and effort invested by the candidate throughout the process. The process itself was extensive and included multiple interview rounds: 1. An initial HR interview focused on cultural fit 2. A business case based on a real operational challenge 3. A presentation and discussion of the business case with the hiring manager 4. A final conversation with a global leader focused on problem-solving approaches
Despite the significant amount of time and preparation required from the candidate side, communication stopped entirely after the final interview. Even after following up, I received no feedback, no update, and no formal closure regarding the process.
