      Product Designer Interview

      8 Jul 2024
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Openfair

      Interview

I sent my resume via email and only received a response a month later. After that, the company's CTO, who would later become my manager, contacted me to schedule an interview. The interview was supposed to last 30 minutes but ended up lasting over an hour. In addition to the typical interview questions, the rest of the conversation was mainly the CTO trying to convince me (or perhaps himself) that the company was a good place to work. Looking back, I would categorize this as a red flag.
