Applied through Dice.com, initial conversation through an email then telephonic call for 60 minutes which contains technical, personality and IQ related questions then offered me a job of Sr. Software Engineer.

They only care about Money. The interview was very minimal with out any technical knowledge. Hari Babu motupalli is the CEO,Technical Guy and Resource Manager. One Man army with no proper company structure. He does interview to do only H1B Abuses
