Applied online and was contacted same day to schedule 1st interview. The interviewer seemed somewhat distracted, but overall conversation went very well. Waited about a week before receiving a follow up to schedule 2nd panel interview. Conversation flowed easily and covered the basic interview questions.

Poor experience ! the interviewer was just focused on trying to understand, how to better their training service without really conducting an interview for hiring. Shady and bad business practice. Just using up candidate's time and picking their brains with no intention of hiring them...that too during these times where people are desperate to get jobs.

Worst interview process I Have ever experienced. They rescheduled twice . I showed up for a face to face interview and the owner told me she had me on her calendar for another time and that she would have to reschedule the interview. Two hours before my interview I received a call saying they had to suddenly leave town and needed to reschedule. They have never tried to reschedule the interview but, I would never consider working for this company after this debacle.
