Interview
Had a phone interview, hirevue virtual “interview,” and a panel in-person interview. I thought everything went well but never heard back from them. I have never had this experience with any other company after having at least 1 interview. Pretty unprofessional to not contact the candidate with a decision especially after I had to take time off from my job to come in for an interview.
Technical round with the Senior consultants, and a final round with the Senior Manager, It might defer for person to person, some people might have three rounds of interview. Once the manager finalized, you will get a call from HR to discuss about the compensation, then if things are good, you will receive a offer letter.

Typical general questions regarding personal experiences. Screener chatted with me regarding what salary range, what is was currently doing, availability. Then a standard technical interview was arranged. I received an offer after speaking with a director.

Contacted by the company recruiter through LinkedIn. I followed up and sent my resume. The recruiter arranged a series of Zoom interviews. Process was very efficient. Optiv responded quickly to any questions I had. I interviewed with peers and management.
