Desperate for employees to sell their offering, which mostly include pushing boxes. Easy, walk right in. Generally, they will hire anybody with half a brain. They don't care that you will likely be out in a few months. It is a revolving door.

Interview
Basic interview, phone screening, meeting with manager and then VP. This several years ago so it may be different now with the merger of fishnet and accuvant. I wouldn't take my recommendation
