There were three rounds of interviews. One included an exercise, which was challenging. How it played out spoke to the positive culture of the company. I did not have experience with the type of modeling needed, so they gave me a high level on how it could be done and offered to let me research it on my own. I took them up on it, did so, learned a lot doing it, and successfully completed it. They congratulated me and continued through the process. I appreciated both the diligence they have for making sure the people in the company have the skills needed (even if that skill is learning) and that they support growth.
