Easy.First round was a telephonic one and they screen you based on your communication skills,then they give a case study and sufficient time will be given, followed by an interview (60-75 mins).
They focus on analytical side and how the candidate approaches the problem. Its like any general interview. They only hire from collage placements. Its okay for gaining experience of consulting, but only that.

I walked In. The CEO And some other guy who always nod his head to whatever CEO says were there. It went one for one and half hours .we had a beautiful Discussion.
