Orms interview questions

I met with them at the end of 2025 after hearing about a vacancy through a recruiter. This process took over a month and I subsequently found out they had offered the role to another candidate who had declined. I felt the interview was a positive experience but neither myself nor the recruiter have heard anything back from them since.

An hour long interview with two Associate Directors. A lot of construction detailing questions. Seemed reluctant to hire without UK experience. Newly renovated studio space, very quiet and clinical feeling (this was a tuesday afternoon). 120 employees and looking to expand.
