The interview process at overwatch was great. Courteous interviewer and very interactive and enagaing interview session. The organization walks you through series of interview session, When you get to the final session, all of a sudden, the organization tells you that their client had awarded the job to another vendor and they are sorry about that. They did this severally, and I was not just the only person they did this to. I see this organization as time wasters and not worth dissipating energy on.
