Got interview invite after the HR approached me for the position of ReactJS Developer for Hyderabad India Location. Though the company is based on NJ, they are expanding there business in India by acquiring a company Named Nimmetry Inc. There are only 2 people interviewing all the candidates from this organisation, the 1st round would be taken by a guy, and the 2nd round would be taken by a lady. and they have no idea what candidate they are looking for, they seemed to be inexperienced. Even though I cleared through both the technical rounds. The HR , who is also from acquired company said could not clear. OwnBackUp seems a good company but they need to look after the hiring process if they really want good candidature. Had 2 rounds of technical interview each of 1hr. 1st round included the technical round with questions on JS, with Reactjs hands on coding, the 2nd round included JS problem solving.
