Initial contact was through email.
When planning video interview was I asked for the job description. Was told to go find it on indeed. This was extremely rude and very unprofessional for any business to ask candidates to go away and figure it out as it is HRs role to provide this information.
MS Teams interview made, initially missing MS teams invite link. Interviewer late 20 minutes.
HR asked 'culture' questions about myself and how I would describe myself.
IT personnel being replaced was present to confirm technical answers were correct.
HR very aggressively asserted 'family' culture means working in an office with other people (during a global pandemic). Asked if all the work involved with this role could be done remotely or if it all requires in office. HR confirmed all the work can be done remotely but it would be better done in an office.
HR could not substantiate this claim with evidence.
At end of MS Teams interview (~70 minutes), was given a word doc with eight questions to answer within 15 minutes. Questions were all tier 1 grade for the tier 3 role. HR admits they have been meaning to make a proper document for this role for some time now.
