Interview
The interview was with Carlo, the boss of the company. It was fairly straight forward and easy. Because I was paid purely on commissions, so the company bears no risk financially.

Interview
Interview was pretty standard, until they changed the job title from sales representative to Call Centre representative. They decide where you go during your interview but I hadn't applied for working in a call centre.
Other than that they were standard questions, and weren't giving away any signs of being a terrible company as yet.
Upon arrival, they ask for you to check in with the receptionist, who has you a clipboard and States 'fill this out'. No smile, no personality. First impression is of a cold work environment. Whilst completing the questionnaire on the clipboard staff come on and out, swearing, talking poorly of customers and colleagues.
Once complete, they send you through to interview. Standard scenario and questions. It's at this point they tell you they expect around 50 - 60 hours a week, if not more.
Promise a follow up call regardless of the outcome, no call. Tried to follow up and got no where.
