it was an online interview, the whole process took about 30 minutes. the questions were simple, asked about my resume. the recruiter was very nice, the questions were not difficult.

Interview
The interview process is in 2 phases. In phase one you interview with the president and one other management staff. Phase two is a group interview with other applicants. The turnaround time between each phase was about 1.5 weeks. Phase two is followed by the reference and background check, and then a formal offer was made.
