straightforward, typical interview process to ensure that experience is relevant and that you are fit for the job. Other than that, you just need to be comfortable with the location.
One round with recruiter and another round with the lead and manager . Not very difficult, more like asking about problem solving and discuss on the processes .
And familiarly with the system and how to use it

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at P-Serv in Aug 2024
Interview
I applied for a role through P-Serv's listing on Jobstreet and the recruiter / team lead contacted me for an interview only to introduce me an in-house contract HR role which I'm overqualified for without informing me first, wasting my time.
I caught her in the middle of her promoting the company by telling her that I'm not interested because I've already other interviews lined up offering higher - appropriate - salary to my experience, giving her the benefit of doubt that she would move on to the actual role I applied for.
Upon hearing my view she rudely cut off the "interview" by telling me she would contact me if I'm short listed for the role which I didn't even apply for? Outrageous!
