No one greets you when you come in. Then you have to sit in the employee break room for the interview. People come in and out of the room the whole time. The person that does the interview is the owner and his phone rang a few times. He seemed distracted and kept telling stories about himself or trying to make jokes with the other person who was sitting in on the interview. Not sure who the other person was I was never told. They seemed unsure of why they were there. It was very unprofessional and awkward. When I was taken on a tour of the production floor I noticed how few employees there was and it was a mess. I was surprised because the website said "state of the art facility" I didn't see anything like that. It just looked like a small dirty place with a couple employees.
