Interview
Overall the process was smoothly but really poor.
I went through three different steps closing the process with a final presentation.
The last step, which is supposed to be the most significant, was with two junior people who suddenly replaced the director and one of the managers who were supposed to talk to me.
After all the process and all the commitment, none came back to me with a proper feedback. When I asked for that, the answer was an automatic reply with no specific reasons about the failure of the process.
This created to me a not positive opinion about the company and the way they approach the candidates.
