PHX Beer interview questions

The interview was pretty chill and we glided through the conversation as casually as possible. The interviewer was a nice lady who was very direct and onto the point. She did however seem to make a transphobic remark about how, "people with 'pronouns' used to work here, but they didn't fit in" when I asked about diversity. Only pet peeve is that at the end I asked if they were iffy about my application in any way. To which the interviewer mentioned how I only had one year of experience...even though their minimum years of experience for the job was listed at 1 year.
