Interview
You're tasked with filling out an application when you walk in the door that covers the exact same info you would have provided when you applied. The initial interview is purported to be an in-depth look at the job, but upon meeting with someone they spend 5-7 minutes asking you basic 'get to know you' questions with basically zero job information. It seems like they're rushing the process along to get as many people in and out as possible. Upon reading the reviews for this company and my own experience interviewing, this is definitely one of those 'scam' companies that seemingly only exists to interview as many candidates as possible and get the desperate ones to stand behind a table for peanuts at events.

Interview
It's a pyramid scheme several "companies" all based out of the same office suit. The office is clearly used for large interviews several times a week. We were spilt into groups of two or three and taken by a "corporate trainer" to the Panera bread a few blocks away. Here he explained the role which had absolutely nothing to do with the description that is posted online. It's a standing in Cost-co/Best Buy/Sams Club harassing people Sales job.

Some generic interview questions, it was clear they did not care about the answer you gave.
