They delved into my goals and what I need help on. They were very personal and knowledgeable. It wasn't stressful at all, it was more like a conversation. They took turns interviewing me and made sure I was happy with everything we discussed.

Interview
Met one on one. Whole interview took 30 minutes. We talked about what I was doing in DC and some common ground we shared with each other. He explained what he needed done.
He gave me background on his company and where he wanted to take it.
