Prepare a response to a case study
Defend it by a 'panel' for one hour (no right or wrong answers, just testing logic and knowledge)
Then, following this, 1:1 with the same interviewers

Talent Acq was very professional and fair. It proposed level I was skilled in and package asks - higher base salary, more PTO, and sign-on bonus. These were all rejected by management.

Can you do the actual consulting (management consulting, prepare slides that the GM of the client can talk to?) vs sales
Send cv and called for interview after a week. Very friendly environment. After a week, I was invited for second interview. The test was easy about numerical and logical questions.
