      I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PLOS

      Interview

      Interview was 3 parts. 1) Interview with HR to discuss general experience and suitability 2) Technical interview with the team manager. Friendly and standard interview questions regarding skills and the role 3) Competency based interview. Interview with panel from the team. More specific, example based questions pertaining to role and experience.

      Standard experience based questions (not verbatim): 'Explain a time you worked well as a team?' 'Difficult situation and how did you overcome it?' One that stumped me: 'An example of a time you had to prioritise a company policy over a team project'.
