First you talk to the hiring recruiter who schedules you a group interview. It's usually with about 12-15 other people. They go around the room asking a series of questions. The people judging you: a branch a manager, the recruiter, and another person working on more of the corporate side. After the first interview if they like you they pair you up with a branch and they schedule an one-on-one interview with you and the branch manager (there could be other people included in this depeing on the branch like the teller supervisor or the assistant branch manager). After that those people decide if they want you and you get an acceptance or rejection letter. the great thing about it is if yu are rejected after the second interview then you can go from branch to cranch to see if maybe another manager wants you.
