Recruiting phone screen followed by 4 individual interviews (peer, direct manager, division manager, software developer). These were supposed to be in-person interviews all on the same day but wound up being Skype interviews spread out over two days due to Covid. Then there was a hiring freeze instituted in the middle of the process due to Covid. Very disappointing.
