I applied online. I interviewed at PNC Financial Services Group in Oct 2020
Interview
I applied on their website and received a HireVue invitation. It had pretty basic behavioral questions that some people posted here (I think like 6?). Shortly after I was invited to their Super Day. They had a pre-night before with their newer associates and all the candidates but it was sort of like a panel. The recruiter asked the associates questions and at the end candidates can ask questions. The interview itself was 3 "slots", 2 actual interviews and 1 peer talk (not an interview) where I was able to have a one on one q&a. It was nice and I learned a lot more about PNC's perks + eased the nerves between my interviews.
The interviews were with 2 members of the team and it was pretty enjoyable. They were very conversational and sort of went off my resume, outside interests, and what I want in an internship. It seemed like they were trying to see whether I'm a good fit with their culture in addition to skill set. They did however come up with some tricky questions on the spot, trying to get you to expand on things you talk about so don't make up bs..

Interview
The behavioral questions were straightforward and not too difficult, focusing more on past experiences and communication. Nothing overly technical was asked, making the interview feel more like a genuine conversation. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience that helped me feel more confident about the process and the role.
