I applied online. I interviewed at PNC Financial Services Group (Secaucus, NJ) in Nov 2020
Interview
The first few rounds of interviews were smooth. It began with a phone interview with the HR team then to several branch managers, and finally general manager. I was offered the position and even accepted the offer letter, passed finger printing background check. Then was met with the CREDIT REVIEW woman who was the nail in my coffin with this opportunity. NO compassion what so ever just stern disregard for those experiencing a hardship during COVID. How does one individual determine the outcome of someones employment on the basis of a SMALL debit that was in process of being taken care of (car loan) MY credit other than that is clean good score, I have a brand new Mercedes Benz, credit cards, student loans. everything in good standing. I was denied per her decision. HORRIBLE representation of PNC bank and I WOULD NEVER! recommend someone to this firm if you have as much as a small ding on your report. BIASED on all fronts.
