In response to my resume, I received a prescreen call from HR. About 3 days later, I was asked to come in for an in-person interview with HR and another paralegal. Finally, about 3 days later, I went in again for my second in-person interview with HR and the attorney.

Why did you leave your last job? Tell me about a time when you dealt with a difficult client. Tell me about a time when you had to meet a deadline.
The questions were basic Google-like questions. Tell me about yourself, what is your greatest quality, what is your weakest quality, and what makes you a great fit for this role.
