Very fair and straightforward. Interviewer asked predictable questions and afterwards, gave me a brief tour of the workplace and description of the job I will be doing after being employed by the company.

It's very easy. They always want people so most likely hire you on the spot.
Most people that interview get the job. They only ask you if you have any experience in microbiology field.
