It was direct with the Senior VP who manages and acts as the Line Manager for the team I was in. The HR didn’t conduct any exams or tests. No background check was done. Only the collection of necessary documents.

There are not only the interview, but also logical and English ability tests. They are also open for people who don't have a direct experience, which mean if you could perform well, you have lots of chance to get the job.
