The interview process starts directly with a tech interview with the Team Lead and a member of the devteam. They did asked a lot of technical questions but nothing tricky. They provide then a project to complete on your own time to be submitted in a week or so. The last interview happens on premises where the HR and the VP will be involved. A lot more talking happens at this stage to assess cultural fit.
