Interview
We conducted one skype interview with an assistant, then another skype interview with higher staff. the first iterviewer was very personable and made for a wonderful interview. Afterwards, she e-mailed me, requesting another interview, the next week, with her boss, (the regional merchandiser for her product category). That interview was much more formal. Afterwards, the personable interviewer sent me a personal e-mail, letting me know that they went with someone else before I recieved a formal interview.
Asked the following:
Tell me about yourself; asked about previous role.
Why do you want to work here?: Insight into your motivation and understanding of the company.
What are your greatest strengths and weaknesses?: Assessment of self-awareness and fit for the role.
Very fluent interview compressed of 2 step process behavioral aspect. Reviewed past experiences and curriculum based on key responsibilities associated with the role. Overall, did not do case study interview. More of a conversational interview.
