I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at PVH Corp. (Memphis, TN) in Oct 2007
Interview
The phone interview was with a District Manager which was a very short assessment of my previous experience and skills. About 3 days later I was called in for an interview with the Store Manager. The in-person interview lasted about 30 minutes and was mostly situational and behavioral type questions. The "Name a time when you had to...". Around 2 days after that interview I was called to take a drug test and sign a consent for a backround check. Then 2 days later I was offered a job by phone.

Question 1
Name a tim ein your past work experience when you had to unexpectidly change your plans or project? Give details.
The interview process was positive, although there were several steps, including one moderate project and three interviews. The point of contact was very communicative, kind, and did a good job with follow up,. The interviews were straight forward with thoughtful questions. It seems like a good place to work. Unfortunately, they hired from within for the role I was applying for.

Question 1
From very granular to very general on my background
Corporate recruiter was friendly and engaging. Hiring manager a bit disconnected and tricky to communicate with. But all in all, no feedback or response afterwards ever again. Going radio silence is never a good thing..
