The first interview with HR recruiter was well organized, helping you go through the most important information about the position and the application process. The atmosphere was also nice and you can just be yourself.

Please tell me more about your experience/background.
Online application found through LinkedIn. Communication through email. With no notice the interview panel was changed because “something came up”. The interviewer did therefore not have time to prep. This was not a good introduction to the company and left me feeling undervalued as a candidate. Was not a good experience.
