The interview consist of technical and practical questions. Their offer was PHP 7800 with no increase at that time. I discussed some of my projects I had handles before and their challenges encountered. I was asked if I'm willing to get extra work by being a technical service engineer due lack of personnel that time.

They gave me PHP8000/mo with no increase. The interview process consist of typical skills capability check, followed by technical questions. Every project in the the resume is being questioned and you must be very prepared to answer those questions.
