The interview process was straightforward. After a chat with the recruiter, (who was insistent on nailing down a salary), it progressed to one meeting with the hiring manager then a code challenge. Code challenge was leet code style. Although the company is "remote first" the interviewers remote skills were poor. Hopefully that was not a representation of how they handle remote work or speak on behalf of the company. As a result, my impression of the company culture and work environment was poor.
