Had a panel meeting with 2 managers (1 manager, 1 supervisor) where they asked basic questions about my qualifications and skills. There was no real examination of my education or background, just "can you do this" etc. Nothing too complicated.

Asked basic qualification questions. Didn't really get too in depth, the job turned out to be a lot different from what was presented.
