I had 3-4 stages. The first one was a typical interview gauging my fit for the role. When successful, I got given a task to complete which involved putting together some slides to show my plans for outreach and examples of emails I would send to prospects. I then got invited to a culture interview - more relaxed, purely seeing if I'd fit in. Finally, I met with the CEO, which involved a mixture of things but mainly seeing what my passions were and what I was looking for - honesty is key here!
