Average process, But it would be nice if the company knew who they want for the position before interviewing, Instead of randomly putting people through several steps having them pass them all to then rejecting them at the very end due to very abstract reasons. It really feels they aren't really hiring, but instead fishing for one offs.

Applied online. There were a few AI questions. I received a link to do an assessment. I did the assessment and then got a phonecall that suggested there would be a follow up email but nothing materialised. Tried to email back but never heard anything from them at all.
