Meet with Medical Records Supervisor and discuss previous work experience/duties and education background. Discuss duties, hours, availability, career opportunities, etc. Overall very personable and quick interview, took around 15 minutes. Most of the questions were centered around personality rather than actual work experience for the position.

The interview process was easy. Nothing bad, very nice people and made sure you felt comfortable. Went over the job duties, asked questions about school, and whether the job was good for me.
