I was offered and online interview that lasted between 30 minutes - 1 hour. It took place with 3 members of staff - asking both clinical, motivational and leadership based questions. It was a very welcoming and supportive atmosphere. It was not intimidating.

They were both very friendly and welcoming. They conducted the interview in a professional but not too nerve-racking way. They gave ample opportunity for you to answer the questions appropriately.
