Applied at March. Without a call or interview I got task to make by email, first red flag. I did the task and sent them back. They said I won't be processed further without any additional info. Despite asking for feedback on email, I got ghosted. I see other applicants went through the same, overall bad practices for a company.

Make a JavaScript for a problem. Included strings and data manipulation
I submitted my CV and received two exercises. After completing the second one, I received an email informing me that I didn't qualify for the next steps of the recruitment process, without any explanation. I wrote an email requesting feedback, but they didn't respond at all. It was a bad experience!

The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Parleto (Warsaw, Masovia)
Interview
First I there were questions during CV sending step. Then after my CV got accepted I got to solve mathematical task which required attention to details. After that I was solving programming task which was a test to how well can I choose optimisation algorithm.
