The interview process was very quick, I think it took about a week. That is SUPER fast compared to some companies. They told me they were wanting to hire quickly and that was very attractive. I knew what I wanted in a company and they knew what they wanted in an employee. I had the first interview with HR (to get to know me) and it went very well. That was to get to know me and make sure I was a good fit. The second was a two in one (which I loved). The second was with my manager and the CTO. The CTO asked a couple high level questions and wanted to talk and see who I was. He could tell I was passionate about the technologies he was listing. Once My manager came on the chat, he began talking to me as a person, not as a if I was a subject in a trial. After the interview, I knew I wanted to join and I belonged. I felt that I knew about 90% of the technologies and the 10% I did not know, I have always wanted to learn. The first couple weeks, I studied all the technologies and systems and was up and running in no time. Note: You have to be a self starter, motivator, and team player here.
