That same team of incredible employees is constantly abused and degraded by the companies CEO on a daily basis. Chase is hands down the worse CEO I have ever worked for. He is the pure definition of a Narcissist! He is small in stature and overwhelmingly big in EGO! He disrespects female employees constantly! If a female employee corrects him no matter how wrong he is, he will belittle them in front of everyone. Chase does not know what ANYONE in his company does. If he asked you to do something that your dept is not qualified for!? He will tell you to figure it out instead of actually asking the dept he hired for that particular task. The company received a huge PPP loan to help the company stay a float and Chase embezzled that money for his personal use instead of paying his employees. While his employees were struggling, he went of the grid and did not address his unpaid employees until he came back from his Miami vacation. When he returned he laid off every employee that ever dared to stand up to him during his abusive emails of conference calls.
Chase deletes negative reviews to make himself appear like he is running a fully functional organization with a healthy work environment. This is far from the truth! Recruiters and HR personal refuse to send ANYONE to this company or work for or with Chase in any capacity! Chase is an awful human being and a terrible business man. Paycertify is on its way out and not a place for anyone self respecting person to work for.
