its a little overwhelming, but then again what startup is not that way?

There is no micromanagement at this company, everyone helps each other. The management structure is very thin and not intrusive. Bring your own device (Mac, Windows, it doesn't matter)! The works hours are pretty flexible (just work near California time). I mention that because there are employees in California, Texas, Brazil, Ukraine. When longer hours are necessary it is typically because you WANT to help your co worker finish up their work. For example, I have helped a great guy in the Ukraine (multiple times) late my time... but it is 3 or 4 AM his time... we love to support each other. No one steps on other people'e feet. Note to potential employees. This company moves very fast. As long as you learn quickly and keep up with the pace (or exceed it) you will do fine.

Honestly.... NONE! It is a great company!
