Paypal Video Interview Questions for the Nightshift Customer Agent, they have send the instructions by email with three days in order to prepare it. Prepared the interview and tools, taking the interview took around 45 min from the beginning to the end. Everything was clear and well explained. After the question appeared on the screen they gave you 2 min to answer each question.

2.Tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a customer?
5.There is no Public transport to the office, due to this role being a nightshift, have you given any thought as to how you will get to and from PayPal on a daily basis?
6.What are some of the typical decisions that you make, and how do you make them?
7.Are you interviewing with any other companies at the moment? If yes - If we were to both make you an offer at the same time. Which offer are you more likely to accept, why?
8.What is your current salary, and what are your salary expectations?
9.Given this is a nightshift position, if you were successful what immediate changes would you need to make to your personal schedule? Sports, Friends Etc
10.What are the key things that encourage you to perform at your best?
