Must say a shameful company. I had 2 phone interviews , both of which went well Was asked some DB and Algo questions. The most unexpected thing was when the hiring manager opted to kick me out and take in another person, who had worked in the same company as this manager previously(India). So much politics and favoritism and no clear feedback given
