Interview
The interview process included three Zoom rounds and a take-home design challenge. I first spoke with the recruiter, then met with two team leads to discuss my experience, and finally completed a comprehensive session with the hiring manager.

They asked me to walk through my full design process, including how I incorporate accessibility best practices. I also introduced myself, shared my background, and presented a project deck—relevant or not—to demonstrate my approach and problem-solving style.
