Had a screen call with the recruiter. It was an easy process, they tell you about how great the comp is etc. My second interview was at the New Orleans office. The interviewer was unprofessional and was not prepared. It seemed like this person hasn't done many interviews, and really not much work experience at all. She did not have any answers to my questions. Very misleading to give contact information over chat and say they're impressed with your resume, and not move you forward. Learn to interview your candidates.
